How many kilometres can I run with your tires?
How long a tire lasts depends on several factors, it may vary on the basis of the athlete’s weight, the tire pressure, the type of road surface and its temperature, the type of path/route (plain/hills) and the way of pedalling.
Because of all these variables it is difficult to give a proper answer.
Our tires have no holes or bands that signal the wear, but the back tire should be checked after 3,000 km and the front one after 5,000; also, we recommend checking the wear of the tread and the position of the casing (in case the threads may have been damaged/chafed by rubbing against some kind of object).
The wear of the tread pattern does not signal any change or wear of the tread as the pattern of recent tires is primarily aesthetic, whereas the grip has to do with the compound.
